Thank you for shopping with Silk Aura. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in case of:
- Damaged items
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item received
- Significant product fault
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Size issues (unless wrong item shipped)
- Minor color variations due to screen display
- Items worn, washed, altered, or used
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized Stitched Products
2. Return Request Timeframe
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos and videos of the damaged or faulty item must be emailed to:

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
- Silk Aura does not provide prepaid return labels.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Silk Aura is not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Item must not show signs of wear or damage caused by customer
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item:
- It will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund process will begin.
- If rejected, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after return approval.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or washed garments
- Custom-stitched or altered products
- Discounted / clearance items
- Gift cards
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If cancellation is requested before shipping, we reserve the right to approve or decline the request.
9. Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Keep all packaging materials for verification
Failure to provide required proof may result in denial of claim.
